Our Therapists

Meet the gifted clinicians of Park Circle Therapy Collective! We are independent practitioners offering care to SC residents, in person in the vibrant North Charleston community of Park Circle and online throughout the state.

  • I offer therapy for Women in "the middle." While midlife can be rich with beautiful milestones, it can also be full of new challenges. Whether you’re facing common peri/menopause symptoms like stress, anxiety and rage or feeling the effects of grief, fear and self-doubt, you’re not alone. Whatever brings you here, I’d like to help! Together, we can navigate the difficult moments, celebrate the wins and help you live into the truest version of yourself as you meet this season with confidence and joy.

In therapy, through reflection and curiosity, we can filter through what thoughts, beliefs and patterns of behavior are serving you and which you can put down so you can move through midlife and beyond with deep courage and authenticity. We'll work together to build an effective toolbox for managing the symptoms you're feeling while we do the work.

Beginning this process can be intimidating and anxiety-producing. So, don’t worry; it’s totally normal to have some jitters when first reaching out! The good news is, the first step is usually the hardest. Give yourself permission to prioritize your own mental and emotional health. Reach out today for a free 15 minute phone consultation!

  • I am passionate about helping others and always feel honored to take part in assisting people to feel better. I have many years of experience in providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families with a wide variety of issues. I enjoy working with individuals to develop coping skills related to life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, social skills, and anger. I also enjoy working with families on improving effective communication and setting healthy boundaries.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a focus in Clinical Practice and an approved supervisor for intern therapists seeking supervision (LISW-CP-S). I have previously worked with children in a nonprofit treatment setting, with adolescents in a psychiatric hospital, and with children, adolescents and adults in both outpatient and private practice.

I admire the courage and strength it takes to seek help and I look forward to hearing from you! Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions regarding scheduling an appointment.
