You don’t have to carry it all alone.

Support for grief, anxiety, and life changes—when everything feels uncertain.

Hi, I’m Marjorie, and I’m so glad you found me.

When loss enters your life—whether through death, a difficult diagnosis, or a major transition—it can feel like the ground has shifted beneath you. Anxiety rises. The future feels unclear. Even everyday decisions can feel overwhelming.

Therapy can be a place to steady yourself again.

My Approach

A place to make sense of what you’re going through.

I work with adults navigating grief, anxiety, and significant life transitions.
This includes:

  • The death of a loved one

  • A medical diagnosis (your own or someone close to you)

  • Caregiving and anticipatory grief

  • Divorce, identity shifts, or major life changes

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in both clinical expertise and deep respect for your experience. There’s no “right” way to grieve or adjust to change. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels manageable—helping you process what’s happening while also finding ways to stay connected to your life.

What Therapy can Help With

You may be feeling:

  • Constant worry or a sense of dread

  • Difficulty sleeping or quieting your thoughts

  • Disconnected from yourself or others

  • Overwhelmed by decisions or the unknown

  • Stuck between who you were and who you’re becoming

In our work together, you can begin to:

  • Understand and soften anxiety

  • Process grief in a way that feels supported—not rushed

  • Build steadiness during uncertainty

  • Reconnect with a sense of meaning and direction

  • Feel more like yourself again (even if “yourself” is changing)

About Me

A woman with short, platinum blonde hair, wearing a rust-colored dress, smiling and pointing to her smartwatch on her left wrist, sitting on a dark-colored chair in a room with white curtains.

Hello!

I came to this work because I’m drawn to the moments in life that don’t have easy answers.

Grief, illness, and major life transitions have a way of reshaping everything—how you see yourself, your relationships, and the future you thought you were moving toward. In those moments, people are often told to “stay positive” or “be strong,” when what they actually need is space to be honest.

That’s the kind of space I try to offer.

My style is steady, thoughtful, and collaborative. I won’t rush you through what you’re feeling or try to reframe it too quickly. At the same time, I’m not passive—I’ll help you make sense of patterns, find language for what’s hard to name, and develop ways to move through anxiety so it doesn’t take over your life.

In our work, I bring a balance of depth and practicality. We’ll make room for the emotional weight of what you’re carrying, while also building tools to help you function day-to-day—so you’re not just surviving, but gradually re-engaging with your life.

This work matters to me. Not because I think I have the answers, but because I respect how complex these experiences are—and how much it takes to face them.
